We always here the word BIOS when it comes to computer troubleshooting. The word BIOS stands for Basic Input Output System. When troubleshooting one of the most common ways on determining a computer error is through beep codes. Beep codes are sound codes which each beeps has significant meaning. There are different BIOS manufacturer which use different beep codes.

There are a lot of BIOS manufacturer nowadays bios shown above is just an example. If your present bios is not the same as above example just try google for more help.
Note* Determining the BIOS manufacturer is a must when starting a beep code troubleshooting.
